What is cholesterol reducing exercise?

Cholesterol reducing exercise is any form of daily physical activity that makes your body move and work. Jump, jog or run, play ball games and put more effort into your Nordic walking. You know that the exercise is good for your health and reduces the cholesterol levels if the intensity of your exercise exceeds certain levels, you just need to do more than walking. The monitor tells you the daily exercise-dose.

What are the benefits of Newtest Cholesterol Health™?

Cholesterol is a lipid (fat) substance produced by liver and obtained from animal diet. It is important for body since it is a part of cell membrane and precursor for many hormones. However, excess cholesterol accumulates to blood circulation and forms deposits or plagues that can clog blood vessels. This condition is atherosclerosis and the plague can cause heart attack or stroke, the most frequent death causes in many countries.

You can now actively slow down this trend.

The right type of exercise reduces your bad cholesterol levels With Newtest Cholesterol Health™ you can estimate whether your exercise is good for reducing bad cholesterol. At the same time you can enjoy the other positive effects of exercise: easier weight control, increased muscle strength and better balance.
